Athens Polytechnic Commemorated

1 December 2022 The Greek Orthodox Community of South Australia commemorated the heroes of the Athens Polytechnic uprising in November 1973, on Sunday 20 November at the cenotaph of the Cathedral of Archangels Michael and Gabriel in Franklin Street, Adelaide. The Greek Community event, included a memorial, speech, a wreath laying ceremony on behalf of GOCSA and the GOCSA Schools and a brief cultural program.
