“Vergina” celebrates 20 years
August 2011 An official dinner was held on 25 June at the Pan-Macedonian Centre, in Adelaide, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the "Vergina cultural association". The dinner was attended by Minister Tom Koutsantonis, Consul General of Greece Christos Maniakis Grivas, Mayor of West Torrens John Trainer, Bishop Nikandros of Dorylaeon, Steve Georganas MP, Professor Michael Tsianikas and a large crowd of South Australians, mainly of Macedonian background. |
